Our new Flat Rate Repair Service, designed to make your life easier. Here’s how it works:
Step 1: Select Your Repair – Simply pick the item you need to be repaired.
Step 2: Checkout – Treat it like any online purchase: add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Please fill out all fields describing the issue in checkout.
Step 3: Confirmation and Instructions – Immediately after checkout, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details of your repair.
Enclose the item(s) to be repaired, a printout of your full order confirmation*, and send prepaid to:

*Pricing does not include shipping to or from our facility. Customer is responsible for inbound shipping and return shipping will be applied at checkout. In the event that the wrong repair cost was charged/chosen you will be contacted by customer service. If you believe your product is under warranty CLICK HERE for more information. To avoid delays, please fill out ALL fields thoroughly during the checkout process. Please note that our repair service is exclusively for Foredom products. If we receive an item that was not manufactured by Foredom, it will not be serviced. We will contact you by phone or email to let you know and issue a refund. The repair refund will be issued minus the shipping cost if the item is being returned to you. If you prefer that we do not return the item and have it scrapped instead, we will issue a full refund, including both the repair and shipping charges.
