  • We ship 5 days a week, Monday through Friday from our factory located in Bethel, Connecticut.
  • Orders arriving after 12:00 PM (ET) will take an additional day to ship.
  • Orders requesting priority shipping need to be placed no later than 12:00 PM (ET), Monday through Friday.
  • Please be aware that we are a factory and not a warehouse or distribution center. We are unable to fulfill Monday delivery times for orders placed after 12:00 PM (ET) on Friday and any time Saturday or Sunday.
  • Merchandise purchased through this site are F.O.B. at Bethel, CT. Title to the merchandise passes to you at the time of delivery by Blackstone Industries LLC. to a common carrier, as well as responsibility for all shipping fees.
  • Orders shipping to Connecticut and Washington will be charged sales tax.
  • In the instance an item is out of stock, our customer service department will contact you. You will be offered the option to delay shipment of the entire order until the item is back in stock, or to ship the partial order and receive a refund for the item(s) not included. You may cancel an order with a back-ordered item at any time prior to fulfillment. Please contact Customer Service at 800-272-2885 or email customerservice@blackstoneind.com.

Shipping & Handling Orders within the Continental US (48 Contiguous States)

  1. Shipping cost is calculated in your cart at the time of checkout.
  2. Customers requiring UPS Overnight delivery will need to contact Customer Service for a shipping quote.
  3. UPS tracking numbers are emailed to customers when items are shipped. If you do not receive a tracking number, please contact Customer Service.

Shipping & Handling Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, PR, US Territories and Military Bases

Delivery of orders to these locations can take up to two weeks and sometimes even longer. Please alert us if you have not received your order within the two-week period and we will assist you in tracking its whereabouts.

Tracking numbers are emailed to customers when items are shipped. If you do not receive a tracking number, please contact Customer Service.

Delivery of orders to Canada can take up to two weeks and sometimes even longer. Please alert us if you have not received your order within the two-week period and we will assist you in tracking its whereabouts.

Shipping & Handling to International Addresses

Shipping to addresses outside of the US and Canada will be reviewed by our Export Department (export@blackstoneind.com).

Customers that have orders in excess of 50 lbs. should contact export@blackstoneind.com for a shipping quote. All other shipping costs will be calculated in the cart at the time of check out.

Customers should use the “Customer Notes” field within the order form to convey different or specific shipping method preferences.

Customers purchasing a flexible shaft machine, micromotor, bench lathe, or other power tool should select products that meet their country’s electrical/ voltage specifications. Customers can also specify the type of plug to be installed on their speed control power cord: UK, Continental European, or Australian. Plug options for 230V tools are offered in drop down menus.
