M.LX motors are available in 115 Volt and 230 Volt. 230V options include the necessary corresponding speed control and motor components. Handpiece sold separately.

Foredom’s permanent magnet motors require the use of a TXR-1, SXR-1, or EMX-1 speed control. These controls have the same housing as other Foredom speed controls but they convert AC current from an electrical outlet to DC current required by Series LX motors. These controls have a different style plug that is made to fit the motor’s shielded-type plug. Damage will result if the motor is connected to any other speed control.

C.SXR-1 Speed Control has durable electronics as the C.TXR-1. The ergonomics allow precise and reliable speed control with your foot. The C.SXR-1 has special electronics that converts AC current from an electrical outlet to DC current- the type required by the motor.
