Flexible Diamond Sanding Bands from 3M. Use with mandrels A-SD328 (3/32″ shank) or A-SD188 (1/8″ shank). Use the Sanding Bands with 3/32″ (2.35mm) and 1/8″ shank rubber drum
mandrels. To install, slip band onto rubber drum with screw loose. When
band is in position, tighten the screw, which expands the rubber drum,
for a secure hold.
*Optimum Operating Speeds are much lower (between 25% and 50% of maximum speeds) and also depend on the type of workpiece.

3M Flexible Diamond bands and discs are made from a two-ply polyester backing film evenly coated with diamond filled nickel plated dots. Clean and unload them with the A-AC1 Abrasive Cleaner or A-HB58 Brass Brush. Use wet or dry.
