General Shipping Policy:

Most orders ship within three business days upon receipt.

We ship 5 days a week, Monday through Friday from our factory located in Bethel, Connecticut.

Orders arriving after 12:00 PM (ET) will take an additonal day to ship.

Orders requesting priority shipping need to be placed no later than 12:00 PM (ET), Monday through Friday.

Please be aware that we are a factory and not a warehouse or distribution center. We are unable to fulfill Monday delivery times for orders placed after 12:00 PM (ET) on Friday and any time Saturday or Sunday.

Merchandise purchased through this site are F.O.B. at Bethel, CT. Title to the merchandise passes to you at the time of delivery by Blackstone Industries Inc. to a common carrier, as well as responsibility for all shipping fees.

In the rare instance an item is out of stock, our customer service department will contact you. We can ship a partial order only with customer approval. You may cancel an order with a back-ordered item at any time prior to fulfillment. Please contact Customer Service at 203-792-8622 or email customerservice@blackstoneind.com.

Shipping within the Continental US (48 Continguous States):
Orders of any size and weight are shipped via UPS at a flat rate of $9.00 which includes handling.
UPS Second Day is available for those requiring a faster delivery at a flat rate of $20.50
Customers requiring UPS Overnight delivery will need to contact Customer Service for a shipping quote.
UPS tracking numbers are emailed to customers when items are shipped. If you do not receive a tracking number, please contact Customer Service at 203-792-8622 or email customerservice@blackstoneind.com.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, PR, US Territories and Military Bases:
Orders of any size and weight are shipped via USPS Domestic Priority Mail at a flat rate of $11.50 which includes handling.
Delivery of orders to these locations can take up to two weeks and sometimes even longer. Please alert us if you have not received your order within the two week period and we will assist you in tracking its whereabouts.
Tracking numbers are emailed to customers when items are shipped. If you do not receive a tracking number, please contact Customer Service at 203-792-8622 or email customerservice@blackstoneind.com.
Customers requiring faster delivery to US locations outside of the 48 contiguous states will need to contact Customer Service for a shipping quote via UPS Overnight, 2nd or 3rd Day.
Shipping to Canada:
Orders of any size and weight are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International at a flat rate of $24.00 which includes handling.
Delivery of orders to Canada can take up to two weeks and sometimes even longer. Please alert us if you have not received your order within the two week period and we will assist you in tracking its whereabouts.

Shipping to International Addresses:
Shipping to addresses outside of the US and Canada will be handled on an individual basis by our Export Department (export2@blackstoneind.com) and billed separately, as a second charge to the customer's credit card. If a customer is using PayPal, we will send a separate invoice for shipping amount directly from PayPal. At the present time, UPS Worldship is our preferred shipper.
If a Credit Card is being used, the Bill and Ship To Addresses MUST BE THE SAME.
If PayPal is being used, the Bill and Ship To Addresses MUST BE VERIFIED
Customers purchasing a flexible shaft machine, micromotor, bench lathe, or other power tool should select products that meet their country's electrical/ voltage specifications. Customers can also specify the type of plug to be installed on their speed control power cord: UK, Continental European, or Australian. Plug options for 230V tools are offered in drop down menus.
When Checking Out, shoppers will complete the "Bill To Address" and "Ship To Address" (they need to be the same) as "New" or "Returning Customers". The Shopping Cart will be updated and charges for items will be listed. The charge for shipping/handling, however, will show as $0.00 and will be billed as a second charge to the customer's credit card or PayPal account.
Arrangements for shipping and the selection/ verification of a power cord plug (if a flexible shaft machine or other power tool has been purchased) will be handled via email by our Export Department. Once the shipping carrier and cost are confirmed and authorized by the customer, the order will be entered, processed through the factory, and shipped.
